SELAVI Warsaw

SELAVI Warsaw is a place where the team has set itself a tough task. SELAVI Warsaw operates 7 days a week and goes out to customers with many offerings, including lunch services, evening service and weekend events with DJs on Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant faced challenges in managing reservations efficiently. To improve customer service and optimize table allocation, SELAVI Warsaw decided to implement an online reservation system with prepaid capabilities.

Challenge:

SELAVI Warsaw encountered several challenges in managing reservations across its diverse service offerings. These challenges included manual booking processes, difficulty managing capacity during peak hours, and limited insight into patio availability during the summer season.
