SKETCH NITE is one of the more popular party spots located in the heart of Warsaw on Mazowiecka Street. With the growing number of clients and events, managing bookings and payments has become a challenge. In order to improve efficiency and provide a seamless experience for customers, the club decided to implement our reservation system with a prepayment option for boxes.
SKETCH NITE faced several challenges before implementing the new townely.com system. The traditional reservation process was manual, leading to errors, overbooking/duplication of reservations and long queues at the entrance. Online booking platform: SKETCH NITE launched an online booking platform with a map of the venue, where one can choose the exact box (closer or further from the DJ, for more or less people), accessible via the website and mobile app. Customers could browse upcoming events (where a poster and description could be uploaded), select preferred dates and book tickets for themselves or some larger group of friends.
Prepayment option: The booking system has provided a secure and 24/7 payment gateway, allowing customers to make prepayments during the booking process. The system accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Master Card, or American Express.
Booking Confirmation: After booking and pre-paying, the customer received an instant confirmation via email or SMS with a unique booking code and event details.
Entry process: On the day of the event, customers could present their reservation code at the entrance to facilitate the entry and verification process. The system verifies the code and thus allows entry, reducing queues and eliminating the need for change, printing a receipt. The security guard, along with the host at the entrance, know to whom they should give wristbands on the TOP FLOOR and to whom on the MAIN FLOOR.
Increased Efficiency: The implementation of the reservation system has streamlined the booking process, reducing the manual burden on staff and eliminating errors caused by manual reservation entries and guest lists.
Fewer absences: The prepayment feature encouraged customers to honor their reservations because they had already invested in securing their seats. This has led to a significant reduction in absenteeism, maximizing club capacity utilization and revenue.
Improved customer service: Customers appreciated the convenience of booking boxes/tickets online and making prepayments. The smooth check-in process has reduced wait times and increased overall customer satisfaction.
Increased revenue: The combination of fewer absences and prepayments resulted in increased revenue for SKETCH NITE Club, which was able to better manage its capacity and efficiently allocate resources based on confirmed reservations.
