From 48 hours
For restaurants, the system is ready in 48 hours without online payments and in up to 7 days with them. We set up the phone system in 2–4 weeks, depending on your current provider. At Pub Św. Jan in Wrocław, the whole system was up and running within a few hours.
Training and support
Online or on-site
We train your team online with screen sharing, and on-site training is arranged individually. After that, the Townely help center and our consultants on the phone are there to help.

No need to replace your system
You extend what it can do. Townely has its own mobile POS system for servers, the kitchen, and the bar, and it can also extend the system you already use.

Module by module
Solutions can work on their own or together — roll out more modules when your business needs them.
Any device
Townely runs in the browser, so the devices you already have are enough: a laptop, a desktop, an Android phone, or an iPhone.
Online payments
Payments are handled by PayU: cards, bank transfers, BLIK, and international transfers. Once your account is verified, the funds go to your PayU account, and Townely doesn't hold them.
Contract
Our contracts have no fixed term. For the phone system, the contract runs for 24 months.
