Can I sell booths and tickets in one system?
Yes. Table Booking handles prepaid booth reservations, and Tickets handles event ticket sales. Both modules work in one system.
How long does setup take at a club?
The same as at a restaurant: 48 hours without online payments, up to 7 days with online payments.
Do guests have 14 days to return a ticket?
As a rule, no. For services related to entertainment events on a specific date, there is no right to withdraw from a contract concluded online (Art. 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Your terms and conditions govern refunds. Read more in our article on deposits and prepayments.
